EuroLOT S.A in Warsaw has signed for AMICOS II

January, 2007

We are proud to be selected by a major and high-profile European regional operator. EuroLOT operates a mixed fleet of ATR 42 and 72, and will become another major ATR operator in the Amicos family.

EuroLOT is a high profile and important regional airline and we are proud to be selected as their partner for the future. We are very pleased to be awarded this contract, with which we strengthen our capabilities towards the regional market in general and ATR operators in particular.

We have already initialised the project and in cooperation with the project team in EuroLOT the project scope is now to be described and prepared in detail. The solution, including hardware, application software and databases is already

established at EuroLOT’s offices in Warsaw.

EuroLOT and Cimber Air Data AS will establish a project schedule that accommodates the various constraints. Typical milestones are the data mining and data load, establishment and testing of the infrastructure, procedure changes and description and approval of these, training of users, establishment of business processes, report forms and layout and a "feasible go-live" plan. In the overall plan we need to consider available resources, peak periods for operation and maintenance etc. , to ensure that the people who run the project are available.

We value the confidence that has been shown to us, and we look forward to turning the project into another successful AMICOS operation. Our team of dedicated analysts, programmers, educators and consultants will ensure a smooth transition to AMICOS, providing EuroLOT value for money and return on their investment.

June 21, 2006

Cimber Air Data AS, based in Sonderborg Denmark and the proud architect and manufacturer of the M&E / MRO software AMICOS turned in a net profit before tax for approx EUR 150.000 last fiscal year. (May 1st 2005 – April 30th 2006). Rune Hagen, President & CEO tells that focusing on cost control, a dedicated and professional staff, and several major implementation and development projects turned last year into one of the best in the company’s history. “Next year we expect 25% increase in turnover, and our activity level will be significant increased. As a key player in the market, a proven and a well known product for total solution delivery and the ability to turn difficult and cumbersome processes into system, utilising the best business practices we will continue the path to build long and lasting relationships with clients that can trust us to be a part of their future”.

“Our future is very prosperous, and we have recently signed two new contracts. We are in final negotiations with additional three operators and will soon also start the deployment of our latest version AMICOS II with one of our oldest clients. Existing clients growth and success is a major contributor to our own growth and this win/win situation has over years given us a solid and loyal customer base. ”Our focus on our product, always viewed through an operator’s eye gives us the vital knowledge about the requirements that must be satisfied to give the operator the highest return on investment, both economically and operational. A M&E / MRO system is of course vital for the operation, and is a necessary and business critical system, but it should also be the client’s tool to reduce cost, increase punctuality and regularity, improve the efficiency, both for staff and fleet, and last but not least give the organisation the tool they need for daily decision support, all the way from line maintenance to high level management. AMICOS is fully integrated product, supporting the daily operation in more than 20 airlines worldwide, and has the facility to give client the edge in today’s competitive and cost focused airline world. A significant proof for this statement is that AMICOS is in operation with 2 major low cost carriers and currently in implementation phase for additional one major low cost carrier”

“Together with our sister companies in Cimber Aviation Group we experience a high demand of our expertise, and the closeness and relationship to the industry through Cimber Air, Cimber Air Support and Cimber Air Maintenance Centre gives us an advantage and sharpness towards the market that we want to continue to develop, especially in terms of functionality. At the same time we will increase our activities in our niche, to achieve larger portions of the market share, by offering complete solutions, with integration including but not limited to EFB (Electronic Flight Bag), Document handling/electronic archive and Wireless/PDA access. The next two years the market will notify a significant increase in our activity, and we will seek partnership with key players and partners who jointly will offer a state-of-the-art solution for the Airline and MRO industry”.
